Q. What could be the reason for vision disturbances in an 18-year-old?

I am 18 years old and I have spectacles. I have a disturbed vision. Do I have any retinal issues?

I understand your concern. When was the last time you got your eyes checked? It might just be an issue of change in your power of glasses. Another issue might be vitreous degeneration which happens early in myopes or people who wear negative power glasses.
