Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

My vitamin B12 is borderline at 188 and vitamin D is low at 14. Please suggest suitable non-injection supplements to increase these quickly.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

For vitamin D, you should have tablet Uprise D3 60,000 units once a week for eight weeks with water or milk and after eight weeks once a month for the next six months. Also, sit in morning sunlight for some time. For B12, you should have tablet ME 12 (Methylcobalamin) once a day for eight weeks in between the meals. Also, increase milk consumption.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
