Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I do not feel like getting out of home, and when I get out, I feel restless, have the urge to vomit and poop, and have a bit of dizziness. I start to sweat and hurry to go back home.

I feel hungry but do not want to eat. I have been trying yoga (pranayam) for the last two days.

Please do help me. I want to get back to my healthy and fit condition. Many have said that it is just anxiety and stress. Because physically, I seem healthy. My nails are pink, my tongue is pink, and my eyes are bright.

I am a 20-year-old girl.

Thank you.
