Watery Diarrhea

Watery diarrhea is caused due to a viral infection, food poisoning, or eating undercooked meats. There are watery bowel movements. It can also be caused due to protozoa. Drinking plenty of fluid helps a lot with dehydration, and taking semisolid and low fiber foods in the diet helps stop having watery diarrhea.
