Hello doctor,

I am a 30-year-old married woman with two kids. From the time of my last delivery (which was a pre-term delivery), I slowly became weak. I am experiencing so much pain. I frequently forget things for a few seconds. Also I have hypertension and I am taking tablet Telma (Telmisartan and Amlodipine) 80 mg. Still, my blood pressure is rising, and I often lose sleep at night.

Please help me with this, doctor.

Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

I feel you are showing signs of burnout. You are stressed beyond a level that you cannot tolerate. The forgetfulness, sleep disturbances, and blood pressure issues are all signs that you are under stress. Also, I would like to evaluate you for symptoms of anxiety or depression.

Please start therapy sessions. It would help if you had someone you could talk to and fall back on for emotional support.

Take care of yourself. I suggest you get your blood sugar level and thyroid level also checked.

I hope this helps.

Thank you.
