You should focus on a balanced diet. Start having protein, carbohydrate-rich diet. You can take a banana shake in the morning. It will give you instant energy as well as help in weight gain. Start taking milk and milk products. You can have pulses, beans, legumes, fruits, and vegetables. Apart from the exercise, you should be active physically. Go for a walk or do some exercise on daily basis to increase your stamina and muscle building.

Investigations to be done

Thyroid test, CBC (complete blood count) test.

Probable diagnosis

Underweight.
