Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I lost around 6 to 8 kg in the last six months. Also, I had a stomach ache, chest pain, and severe back pain. For the last three months, I have noticed pimples things on my back. Other than that, I have episodic pelvic pain, frequent urination, and hair fall. Kindly help.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I have read all your reports (attachment removed to protect the patient's identity), and almost everything looks normal. So you might be having Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). I would suggets getting the treatment for IBS, and if the treatment responds, then will continue with it; if not, other tests might be required. Hence I would suggest getting an in-person consultation with the doctor for the medicines.

Kindly revert for more queries.

Thank you.

Patient's Query

Thank you for your reply, doctor.

Can you suggest some medicine, and diet changes, for my frequent urination problem? Kindly help.

Hi,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

I would suggest tablet Mebeverine which will help to relieve stomach symptoms and urine-related symptoms too. Also, I would suggest the following:

  1. Avoid dairy products and spicy food.
  2. Drink plenty of fluids, especially during the morning time.

I hope this helps.

Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
