Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am newly married. I could not last for two minutes. So I bought a timing spray. When I used it four to five times, my penis became red, and there were white spots. Without having sex, I was fine after two weeks. But when I have sex with my wife, my penis becomes red, and the white spots come back. Please help.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Premature ejaculation is a common problem, and treatment is required. Regarding the redness of the penis and whitish spots, they can be due to an allergic reaction to the product you used. Skin color change is not an issue if there is no infection or pain. My suggestion is to stop using any products. Cooperation of both partners is required. For longer-lasting sex, I advise that the duration of foreplay should be longer. During sex before ejaculation, you should interrupt and restart again. If all these methods fail, you can use medications, and the most effective is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor. I suggest Sertraline 25 mg once a day in the long term. Please follow up and update me about your condition. If you have any more queries, please do not hesitate to ask.

Kind regards.
