Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have had conflicting opinions about whether my wisdom teeth should be removed, especially the lower left one. Please provide your valuable opinion on the same. Also, what are the chances of nerve damage in my case? I have attached my X-ray reports.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

From the attached reports (attachments removed to protect the patient's identity), I suggest you get the lower left wisdom tooth removed as it is not straight and will cause infection in the long term as food debris will accumulate below the tilted crown. However, the chances of nerve damage are minimal as it is not close to the nerve.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
