I am 18 years old, and I have acne marks and pimples on my face. I have tried many serums like vitamin C, Niacinamide, and many more but the marks are not fading. Also, I have open pores and hairs on my nose and cheeks, and they look like blackheads, but if you see closely, they are hairs, and I take them out easily without any pain, so tell me a solution to remove acne permanently and how to remove all those red acne marks permanently and get clear skin? I have oily skin, and I have been facing acne for the past four to five years now. I do not know which type of acne I have, but I get pimples before my periods, as well, and normally apart from periods. What is the permanent solution for acne?

What could be the reason for the delayed healing of a wound on the nose?
Hi doctor,
I do not know why the wound on my nose is not healing yet. It was just a blackhead, which did not heal after I popped it. I put an ointment prescribed by my doctor. However, it seems to be infected.
