Can the red spot near my wisdom tooth be erythroplakia or oral cancer?

I noticed a red spot near my wisdom tooth two days ago. I am worried about erythroplakia or oral cancer. I do not know for how long the spot has been present, it seems to rest over the lower wisdom tooth when the mouth closes. I have attached the pictures below, please advise.

Is esthetic surgery necessary for a flat-looking maxilla?

I am concerned about the position of my maxilla. I have consulted a maxillofacial surgeon and have been diagnosed as skeletal class 1. The surgeon mentioned that my maxilla is well-placed and does not require surgery. However, it appears flat esthetically compared to the ideal. How can I gain weight with psoriasis and food intolerance?
Hello doctor,
I am struggling to gain weight due to my psoriasis and intolerances to oats, gluten, potatoes, and starches, which exacerbate my condition. Citric fruits and spices also worsen my symptoms. Despite following a gluten-free diet of brown rice and chicken, I am still unable to put on weight. I feel lost and unsure of what else I can eat to build muscle.
