Could the microplastics in food packaging and water harm my 13-month-old baby?

I am a 30-year-old mother of a 13-month-old baby. Lately, I have been really worried about the food I give my baby. I try to keep everything clean, but I am concerned that the packaging might have tiny bits of plastic that could get into the food. I have also heard that even the water we drink might have microplastics. Can you help me understand if this could be harmful to my daughter?
