Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

With passion, commitment, and experience, I hope I will be able to provide you with a top-class medical opinion.

Please refer to the following diet chart and I suggest you follow the same. Alternative foods are also mentioned below.

  1. Drink two glasses of water along with soaked Bengal gram or lemon water or soaked fenugreek seed in one glass of water after waking up. The fenugreek seeds should be soaked overnight and only the water must be taken in the morning.

  2. For breakfast, you can have half a bowl of oats meal along with one piece of apple or sago porridge or brown bread and one piece of egg white.

  3. Around midmorning at 11 a.m., you can drink one cup of green tea without sugar.

  4. Take lunch at 1.30 pm. Drink two glasses of water along with one piece of cucumber 15 minutes before lunch. You can have half a cup of brown rice, one bowl of stewed vegetables, or one cup of dal water. You can also eat a small piece of fish or one piece of chicken along with one cup of sour curd.

  5. Schedule your tea time at 4 p.m. You can have black or green tea without sugar.

  6. Evening snacks at 5.30 p.m. can include half a bowl of vegetable or chicken stew or half a bowl of puffed rice with cucumber and onion.

  7. Have dinner at 9 p.m. You can take one piece of roti along with one bowl of vegetable or paneer curry.

I suggest you follow the below-mentioned tips:

1. Use flaxseed in any of the recipes.

2. Avoid fast foods, sugary products, chocolates, and ice creams.

3. Regular exercise is mandatory.

4. Monitor your sugar level regularly.

5. Drinks lots of water.

6. Do not overeat.

Thank you.
