What causes an implant to fall out?

Hi, Welcome to icliniq.com. An implant also has its own life and depends on the bone. So if your implant is out, it means its osteodisintegration has occurred. It would be best to go to the dentist to get one radiograph done to see the bone and infection. I suggest you get one CBCT (cone beam computed tomography) done of that area.
