What could cause a white spot inside the mouth?

Hello, Welcome to icliniq.com. As I understand you have two concerns: The uvula hanging low is not uncommon, as the anatomy of individuals vary. However, if your speech and swallowing function is not impaired and it does not irritate your throat, it is prudent to not undergo any surgical intervention.
