Will recurrent prostate infection affect fertility?

Hi doctor,

I am a 34-year-old male with recurring prostate infections with inflammation which is really painful with kidney stones happening all the time. I am 6 feet and about 215 pounds. I am currently on Trileptal, Ranitidine, and Omeprazole and I have been on them for a long time like 10 years or so. My symptoms are extreme pain in the lower back and painful urination and ejaculation and it hurts bad when I poop and I have 0 percent energy, I feel totally drained and I have constant hot and cold sweats. My questions are can this lead to permanent damage or cancer? And also what to do? I am waiting to be scheduled with a urologist. I have been battling these symptoms for over three and a half months with a few days of relief and the pain starts again. Any help you can give me will help out a lot. Also, can this lead to me not being able to have kids?

Can consuming Nutrigain to build muscles and gain weight induce side effects?

Hi Doctor, I am an 18-year-old guy with a 6 feet height and a weight of 121 pounds. I want to gain weight and build muscles. Even though I exercise and consume healthy foods, it only tightens my muscles, and I am growing in height. I heard about an Ayurvedic medicine called Nutrigain Powder. Can I build muscle and gain weight by using it without having any side effects? Please give me other suggestions to gain weight.

Thank you.

I am a 20-year-old suffering from premature ejaculation for the past six months. What to do?

Hello doctor,

I am a 20-year-old male. I am having premature ejaculation problems. It has started sometime back and it may sound weird. I went from barely feeling anything and lasting an hour for before three years, to being almost hypersensitive and lasting 10 seconds tops for the past six to eight months. This all happened and I have PE since then. Nothing changes it, except for when I drink. If I get drunk, I go back to the not feeling anything stage. I have resorted to that a few times to save myself from embarrassment, but nothing psychically has changed for me, and I am at a loss of what to do? Please help.
