What does prostate cancer in the lymph nodes mean at 50?

Hi,Welcome to icliniq.com.If the prostate cancer has spread to lymph nodes, it implies that the cancer is at an advanced stage as opposed to being localized. If it has just spread to the pelvic lymph nodes but has not spread to the bones or other parts of the body, it means that it is either locally advanced or regional.Though serious, you can survive for several years under the right treatment. If it has spread to other lymph nodes aside from those within the pelvic region or to the bones or other parts of the body, then it is metastatic.
