I am experiencing a feeling that urges me to die. How to come out of it?

For the past two months, I am getting headaches, showing less interest in work and feeling to die. But, I did not attempt suicide as I am scary. I got married before 4 years and I was very happy with my husband. After some days, I fell in love with someone and I could not move on without him. I do not know whether he is in love with me or not and I am not in contact with him. My husband is not allowing me to talk with any of my friends, whether it is a male or female. So, I am not even using a mobile. I just want to come out of this. Please help me.

Does hearing sounds in the head indicate schizophrenia?

I often hear something in my head such as "If you wear this top, you would not argue with anyone today" or "If you keep your phone over 50 %, you would not have to watch anyone argue" or things like this, and I always did it, not that it worked, but I always believed it and had it said in my mind. What is this? Is it called schizophrenia? I have had it since a younger age and never had it checked.

What is the treatment for my chronic anxiety issues other than SSRI medications?

I have been diagnosed with general anxiety disorder & panic issues and have been on Cipralex 10mg and Paroxetine CR 25 mg for the past eight years. The SSRI (selective serotonin reuptake Inhibitor) medications I take seem to help, but I still have anxiety and OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder) issues. I had an SNP (single nucleotide polymorphisms) test done and found to have pathogenic gene variants of the GAD 65 (glutamate decarboxylase) enzyme that may inhibit the conversion of glutamate to GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid). I need to know if there are GABA agonists and Glutamate inhibitors available.
