Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am getting no erection in the morning. Rarely it occurs. Is it good or bad not getting an erection during the morning. And I have masturbated over four years. Whether due to that reason I am diseased. Also, I had a same-gender sex.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

You might have erectile dysfunction problem as erection is poor as per history. Usually, during sleep time in the morning due to sympathetic stimulation, penis erection should occur for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour at such a young age. You need to rule out hypertension and diabetes problem by blood pressure measurement and random blood sugar estimation. It is advisable to check your serum testosterone level as well.

I suggest you consult nearby psychiatrist or sexologist for detailed evaluation. Masturbation is safe and pleasure giving procedure which usually does not lead to erectile dysfunction.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
