Bladder dysfunction is a range of disorders associated with the holding and release of urine. Improper muscle contraction due to excessive urinary retention is associated with bladder dysfunction. Increased age is also associated with bladder dysfunctions. Neurological problems are associated with bladder dysfunctions. Such conditions are called neurogenic bladder.
