Blood coagulation disorders are diseases that affect blood clotting activities. Hemophilia, von Willebrand disease, clotting factor deficiencies, platelet deficiency, and deep vein thrombosis are some coagulation disorders. There is abnormal bleeding, low blood pressure, and bruising in the body. It is treated by factor replacement therapy, and injecting clotting factors helps in managing it.
