Body lice are otherwise known as pediculus humanis corporis. Body lice are more significant than head lice. It spreads through person-to-person contact and shared bed linens, towels, and clothing. It occurs commonly in people living in unhygienic places. The symptom of body lice infestation is the appearance of itchy, red bumps, and skin rashes. Body lice and their eggs are killed by washing clothes in hot water. Dry cleaning and ironing clothes help to kill them.
