Medical Conditions - Chronic Rhino Sinusitis

Inflammation of the paranasal air sinuses for at least 12 consecutive weeks is known as chronic rhinosinusitis. There may be any two or more symptoms like reduced or loss of smell, runny or stuffy nose, and pain or pressure in the face corresponding to the paranasal sinus region. Steroid nasal sprays, saline irrigation of the nose, clearing the nasal pathway of mucus plugs, and improving sinus drainage are multiple treatment methods.
