Cilostazol is an antiplatelet drug used to relieve conditions like intermittent claudication, where the oxygen availability to the muscle reduces. It increases the blood flow and oxygen availability to the leg muscle, which gets cramped during exercise. It is also a vasodilator that widens the leg blood vessels for easy blood flow to the region. Adverse effects are headache, nausea, dizziness, diarrhea, stomach pain, and muscle ache.
