It is an antineoplastic agent mainly used to treat lymphoproliferative diseases such as hairy-cell leukemia. Cladribine is a purine antimetabolite utilized for the treatment and management of regressing forms of Multiple Sclerosis (MS). It is also utilized in patients who have not reacted to or who were incapable to handle alternative MS drugs.
