Cyclophosphamide is a group of alkylating agents used to treat malignant conditions like Hodgkin's lymphoma, non-Hodgkins lymphoma, multiple myeloma, cutaneous T-cell lymphoma, acute and chronic lymphocytic leukemia, acute and chronic myeloblastic leukemia, retinoblastoma, breast cancer, ovarian cancer, and neuroblastoma. It also helps treat nephrotic syndrome. Nausea, appetite loss, diarrhea, abdominal pain, oral ulcers, vomiting, sore throat, poor wound healing, black stools, rashes, difficulty breathing, yellowing of the eyes and skin, etc., are the side effects of taking Cyclophosphamide.
