Erythroplakia is a painless, flat, or raised red patch in the oral cavity that starts to bleed when scraped off. It appears as a secondary to oral yeast infection. It is a precancerous lesion that resolves over a period but may require surgical intervention at times. Regular follow-up is necessary to prevent the malignant transformation of the lesion
