Eslicarbazepine is a medication that is used to treat focal seizures (a type of seizure disorder). This drug belongs to the class of drugs called Anticonvulsants. Eslicarbazepine works by reducing the number of seizures, and this can be taken by mouth with or without food, usually once daily.
