Exotropia is an eye condition in which one or both eyes deviate outward toward the ears. An imbalance in eye muscles or issues in signaling between the brain and eye causes exotropia. Headaches, eyestrain, and blurry vision are complications of this condition. The main goal of exotropia treatment is to correct the misalignment of the eyes and improve vision.
