Medical Conditions - Hyponatremia

Hyponatremia is a condition that occurs when the concentration of sodium in the blood is abnormally very low. Drinking an excessive amount of water can cause the sodium in the body to get diluted, resulting in this condition. The common signs of hyponatremia are nausea, headache, confusion, loss of energy, and restlessness.
