Hypospadias is a congenital condition in which urethra’s opening on the underside of the penis instead of forming at the tip of the penis. The common signs and symptoms of hypospadias may include downward curve of the penis, undescended testicle, undeveloped foreskin, and abnormal urination. Surgery helps correct hypospadias.
