Labiaplasty is a surgery done to alter the size of labia minora (the flap on either side of the vagina). The surgery is done to correct any tears that occur during childbirth, for cosmetic reasons, to remove cancerous cells, etc. Labioplasty may lead to vaginal dryness, pain during intercourse, tearing of the vagina during normal childbirth, etc. The surgery is performed only above 18 years.
