Lurasidone is an antipsychotic drug used to treat schizophrenia in children above the age of 13 years and depression caused by bipolar disorder in children above ten years of age. It should be taken along with food, and it causes side effects like hives, breathing difficulties, swelling of the face, tongue, lip, and throat. Long-term use can cause irreversible mobility disorder.
