Marfan's syndrome is a genetic disorder that affects the heart, eyes, blood vessels, and bones. This defect affects the protein that helps in the elasticity of the connective tissue. People with Marfan's syndrome will be tall and lean with heart murmurs, high arch palate, curved spine, flat feet, etc. This may lead to aortic aneurysm, aortic dissection, valve deformation of the heart.
