Medical Conditions - Nail Deformity

Nail deformity is otherwise known as onychosis or nail disease. It includes a group of conditions affecting the appearance of the fingernails and toenails. It often occurs due to injury, infection, and skin diseases. Nail diseases show nail discoloration, changes in the shape of the nail, changes in nail thickness, bleeding, and pain around the nails. It is treated by using topical, intralesional, and systemic corticosteroids.
