Medical Conditions - Nightmares

Nightmares are frightening or disturbing dreams that may upset an individual or awaken them from sleep. Children are more prone to nightmares, though adults get them too. It is probably associated with something that happened in day-to-day life but leaves one scared, agitated, disgusted, or worried. Frequent nightmares come in the way of one's sleeping pattern, making them drowsy and sleep-deprived the next day.
