Nongenital warts are a common, self-limiting, and localized skin condition. These are caused by HPV (human papillomavirus) infection resulting in a thickened rough warty skin-colored papule. The most commonly affected areas are the hand and the feet. The condition mostly resolves without any treatment in immunocompetent individuals.
