Parasomnia is a type of sleep disorder. The affected individual may show several odd behaviors and movements in sleep. There are all kinds of reactions, emotions, and physical activities one may do in sleep such that others in the room would think the person is totally awake. One may walk around, talk, eat, wet the bed, get sexually aroused, or get agitated in sleep. Night terrors are very common with Parasomnia along with bad dreams and hysteria.
