Medical Conditions - Pimecrolimus

Pimecrolimus is used in patients who cannot use any other medications for eczema. It is used to control eczema (atopic dermatitis), which is a skin disease that makes the skin dry and itchy and sometimes develops red, scaly rashes. It belongs to the class of medications called topical calcineurin inhibitors.
