Precocious puberty is when the child's body starts changing into that of an adult very soon. When puberty begins before eight years in girls and before nine years in boys, it is called precocious puberty. Some of the signs of precocious puberty include breast growth, acne, pubic hair, and enlarged testicles and penis in boys.
