Pseudoarthrosis refers to a false joint. Sometimes when a bone undergoes fracture but fails to join back, a pseudoarthrosis may be formed. At the site of nonunion of bone fragments, fibrous tissue gets laid on, and that portion acts like a new joint, which is possible of movement. It is probably going to require surgical correction.
