Medical Conditions - Renal Aneurysm

A renal aneurysm is a bulging, injured area in the wall of the artery supplying the kidneys. It is generally asymptomatic and measures less than two centimeters. Hypertension, flank pain, and blood in urine may sometimes be associated with a renal aneurysm. Smaller aneurysms require no treatment except observation, whereas larger ones need surgical intervention.
