Ruxolitinib is a drug that treats myelofibrosis, polycythemia vera, and hydroxyurea. It is available in tablet form and is taken two times a day. It starts with low doses and gradually increases the dose. Some side effects of Ruxolitinib are shortness of breath, weight gain, diarrhea, constipation, nausea, and vomiting.
