Medical Conditions - Supernumerary Teeth

Supernumerary teeth or hyperdontia are extra teeth in addition to the standard set of milk teeth or permanent teeth. It can occur anywhere in the mouth, single or multiple teeth, one or both sides, erupted or impacted, and an upper, lower, or both the jaws. Extraction of these teeth is usually not recommended but may be removed if any disturbance is present.
