Medical Conditions - Yawning

Yawning is an involuntary process where opening the mouth and breathing occurs deeply in the lungs with air. It is a body's natural response against tiredness and sleepiness. Low oxygen levels in the paraventricular nucleus present in the hypothalamus can induce yawning. Yawning also helps bring oxygen into the blood and moves carbon dioxide out of the blood.
