It can cause various side effects, including dry mouth, urinary retention, constipation, bowel obstruction, blurring of vision, tachycardia, arrhythmia, glaucoma, nausea, headache, vomiting, and dizziness. Before starting a patient on Glycopyrrolate, we always consult with an ophthalmologist to rule out glaucoma.
