Can cleaning with bleach on a paper towel transmit germs?

I have three questions. One is when you clean with bleach on a paper towel, can germs go through the paper towel? Second is when you clean the toilet, do you need to wash your hands in between each step and between everything that is being wiped? The third is when you have sex, should you shower before sex and will I be spreading germs throughout my house if I do not shower before or after?

Why do I get hives and swellings on eating mangoes?
Hello doctor,
I have mango allergy, and I am wondering if mango concentrate can cause an allergic reaction. I had mango juice, and I did not break out at all, but last year I had an allergic reaction that was from mangoes or peel, that were hives and swelling. Before I turned 18, I was eating mangoes, but after I turned 18, I broke into an allergic reaction that consist of hives and swelling and my chest was tight.

Accidentally, dog's teeth touched me while playing. Should I get vaccine?

I used to put biscuits for a stray dog in my office. Today, when I saw it, it came to me and started playing with me. Accidentally, one of the teeth touched my finger, but there was no injury or bleeding. Kindly advice if I should take a vaccine. My 83-year-old mother is quite frail and was hospitalized a few months ago due to serious heart concerns. The doctor altered her blood pressure medication to Pritor 80 mg. Since that time, she has been experiencing sudden episodes of severe confusion, memory loss, and uncharacteristic behavioral changes, which can happen rapidly. These episodes may last for a few days or even weeks before she returns to her usual self, engaging in conversations with family and reading newspapers. There has also been a concern regarding her potassium levels. I am considering the possibility of delirium but would greatly appreciate some insights or advice on what to watch for. Please help.

Shall I use white petroleum jelly for pain on nose?
Hi doctor,
I have changed my location before a few months. I am experiencing pain in my nose, near eyes. It feels like a muscle or bone pain, but not inside the nose. I have white petroleum jelly. Can I use that? How to cure this issue? I have attached a photo of the painful area. It is a little above near the eyes. When I press, it is paining more.
