How to treat chronic prostatitis and rectum discomfort?

My anal fissure surgery is done a few years back, and my anal fistula three years later. No problems after surgery. But now, I have been facing chronic prostatitis for the last four months. I visited a urologist a few days back because of pain. He asked me for a rectal examination by putting a finger in my anus to feel the prostate. At that time, he rigorously performed a rectal examination, after which a sharp pain started in my anus. I have been in slight discomfort since that day. I am taking alpha-blocker medicine for the prostate problem, and now this rectum pain has been added. I have been doing sitz baths two times and not eating spicy food or drinking alcohol for the last two months. Please advise me on what to do.

How to manage symptomatic and asymptomatic gallstones?

My wife had a gallbladder attack last week. It was triggered by ice cream, dark chocolate chips, and syrup. The pain was mild at night and was triggered by ground beef. The attack was severe and required ER visit for pain relief. The pain resolved after taking rowachol, chanca piedra, Ibuprofen, and Oxycodone. The doctor performed an ultrasound and diagnosed multiple gallstones. The doctor said that the duct was not blocked and immediate surgery was not required. We began immediate treatment via dietary changes and a natural regimen based on online studies (rowachol, chanca piedra, TUDCA, Lecithin, Turmeric, Milk Thistle). We would like to add Ursodiol to our regimen, but our local nurse practitioner said that she is not aware of medical treatment for gallstone dissolution and recommended surgery. Kindly help.

I am a 31-year-old female who has been dealing with GERD for the past three years. Currently, I am taking Famotidine and Gaviscon on a daily basis. However, for the last four days, I have been experiencing a constant pressure feeling near the end of my esophagus. This is causing significant concern and fear. I have been experiencing mild yet persistent pain on the right side of my middle abdomen. Upon undergoing a CT scan, the report revealed the presence of a fatty liver, along with the observation of a few mesenteric nodes.
