I have loose motions and stomach cramps despite medications and endoscopy. Please help.

I have uneasiness in my lower left side of my belly for a year. I consulted several doctors and took many medications and done an endoscopy. But my problems persist still now. Initially, the doctor told me that I have a normal infection of the gut and it gets cured within a few months of taking medication. Nothing helped me and so I consulted another doctor. But after taking medicines, I have continuous loose motions and stomach cramps. I am worried. Please help me.

Hi doctor,
I had a bulge in my left lower abdomen above a scar from surgery last year. It first appeared late last year, and the CT showed I was constipated, so my doctors left it at that. In the last couple of months, I have been working with GI since it is gotten bigger and more painful. I did another CT, but the results are not back. I did a complete colon cleansing before the CT so it would be clear. I have done this before with no issues. Pain from the bump woke me up this morning, and for the second time, it had me in tears. My doctor wants me to wait to do an XR tracking test next week since there is no discoloring, fever, vomit, or diarrhea. I am alternating ice and heat and have a 5 lb weight blanket on it. Nothing is helping. I am a chronic pain patient, so I am hesitant to go to ER to fear being written off even though this is not related to my other conditions. When should I consider or just go to ER?

Even after taking Oxidil for injection abscess, pus drainage and redness still present. Why?
Hello doctor,
A doctor gives an injection to my mother. After 45 days that starts to pain with swelling and red area of about 7 inches. I checked again. He asked to take Oxidil IV injection.
After six Oxidil injections, the pus comes out and the red area decreases. Now pus does not come and we are using a bandage on it. Oxidil was stopped now and after about one week pus comes again today and the red area is about 1.5 square inches. The area below that red is hard. What do you suggest? Should I use some more Oxidil or Augmentin? She is 65 years old and we are trying to avoid surgery. Kindly guide me.

I have blood in stools with pain and suffering. Why?
Hello doctor,
I am suffering from pain while passing stools and there are some blood spots on the stool. The pain is unbearable but there is no swelling as such. I am unable to go out due to the lockdown situation. Please guide me on what to do. Is this normal? I am a diabetic.
