What are the treatment options for fallen on-hand wrist pain?

Hi doctor,

I have fallen on hand wrist, and my x-ray report says that borderline or mildly enlarged proximal scapholunate interval (3 to 4 mm) and overall maintained joint spaces. No fracture, dislocation, or aggressive osseous lesion. Dorsal hand soft tissue edema, centered at the second to fifth metacarpal shafts, nonspecific, presumed soft tissue contusions. Could you please tell me if there is anything to worry about?

How to treat my cheek swelling and headache after I got injured during skiing?

Hello doctor,

I met with an accident and hit my jaw while skiing yesterday. I have a headache, and my cheek or jaw is still very swollen. I can chew normally but cannot open my mouth wide while yawning. I consulted a dentist for minor teeth chipping, and they did an X-ray. The dentist said that he could not see much in the X-ray. I am just wondering if I should consult a doctor. Will my problem heal on its own? I am taking the tablet Motrin and Tylenol.
